Overview
Wren is a cross-platform AI-powered service layer that helps everyday users diagnose, maintain, and repair household and appliance hardware — including HVAC systems, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.

It bridges three persistent gaps in the home services market:
-
User confusion: Most homeowners lack the technical vocabulary to describe device problems accurately, leading to misdiagnosis or expensive unnecessary service calls.
-
Product complexity: Modern appliances deliver error signals through audio tones, blinking lights, fault codes, and vibration patterns that are not intuitively understood.
-
Fragmented ecosystems: Service networks are siloed by brand and geography, making it difficult to determine when to self-repair versus when to escalate.

Goal
Enable any user- regardless of technical background, skill, and expertise - to resolve household device issues faster, cheaper, and with confidence through an AI-guided mobile experience.
